Looking for Behavioral Therapists
Part-time and full-time positions available; no experience required.
Autism impacts 1 in 36 children in the US. By becoming a behavior therapist—even if you have no prior therapy experience—you can make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with autism while getting into one of the fastest-growing fields in healthcare today.
As a behavior therapist at Bloom and Thrive ABA, you will work closely with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children with autism do incredible things, such as:

We provide thorough training to our new therapists so that you will be ready to work with our clients. Plus, a master’s degree-level clinician is always available to provide you with any help or guidance you may require.
Responsibilities
As a behavior therapist, you will be responsible for:
- Deliver 1:1 instruction consistent with best practices in ABA therapy.
- Implement the treatment plan created by your BCBA supervisor.
- Travel to client homes.
- Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.
- Collect detailed behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions and input it into an electronic device, logging all hours and data accurately.
- Communicate with parents and with BCBA to improve treatment over time.
- Take detailed session notes.

- Able to Position Self on the Floor to Engage With Children During Activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Experience Working With Children
- Previous ABA Therapy Experience

- Reliable Transportation and Car Insurance
- Ability to Engage in Activities With Children
