Bloom and Thrive ABA is a family-owned Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy practice founded by Abby Hall, BCBA.


Our mission is to provide life-changing ABA therapy services to children in the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula areas who would have no access to the help they need without us.

    We provide thorough training to our new therapists so that you will be ready to work with our clients. Plus, a master’s degree-level clinician is always available to provide you with any help or guidance you may require.

  • Responsibilities

    As a behavior therapist, you will be responsible for:

    • Deliver 1:1 instruction consistent with best practices in ABA therapy.
    • Implement the treatment plan created by your BCBA supervisor.
    • Travel to client homes.
    • Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.
    • Collect detailed behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions and input it into an electronic device, logging all hours and data accurately.
    • Communicate with parents and with BCBA to improve treatment over time.
    • Take detailed session notes.

    • Able to Position Self on the Floor to Engage With Children During Activities
  • Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous Experience Working With Children
    • Previous ABA Therapy Experience

  • Important Additional Requirements

    • High School Diploma
    • Valid Driver’s License
    • Reliable Transportation and Car Insurance
    • Ability to Engage in Activities With Children
