Our BCBAs
Georgia “Abby” Hall, MS, BCBA, LBA
Abby is the founder and owner of Bloom and Thrive ABA. She started this agency with the mission in mind to provide high-quality, ethical, progressive, and culturally humane ABA therapy. Mixing the concepts of "old-school" ABA with newer research, training, and curriculum to provide clients with truly individualized, mindful, and compassionate ABA therapy. In addition, she wanted to provide her team with an environment in which they love to work every day and that embraces collaboration, mutual respect, and togetherness.

She founded Bloom and Thrive ABA in 2023 and prior to that has been working in the ABA field since 2016. She has worked her way up from working as an intern at an ABA practice to being a behavioral therapist to being a BCBA. Her first day on the job as a behavioral therapist had her "AHA" moment in life and she knew this was her calling and what she was meant to do and hit the ground running from there.
Abby is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), licensed through the Virginia Board of Medicine. She is a proud graduate of Bridgewater College, where she received a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in neuroscience and equine studies. Abby completed her Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) coursework through Shenandoah University, where she received her master’s degree in applied behavior analysis.
Her specialties include early intervention, independent educational evaluations/functional behavior assessments, advocacy, and managing severe maladaptive behaviors and implementation.
Along with managing Bloom and Thrive ABA and her caseload, she also has a husband and 2 beautiful children who she loves spending time with. Abby loves the outdoors, horseback riding, hiking, and running when she has spare time.
“Be passionate in the pursuit of what sets your soul on fire.” She believes that her family and ABA are her purpose in life and looks forward to serving your family or working with you.

Hannah Rogers, BCaBA, LBA
Hannah is a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst who has been working in the ABA field since 2022. She graduated from Randolph-Macon College in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a minor in elementary education and special education. With this, she began a career in education, teaching middle school special education and then fourth grade. Her love for working with children and adults with disabilities sparked her interest in pursuing a career in ABA.
In 2023, Hannah graduated from the University of Virginia with a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is currently training to become a BCBA so she can help families gain access to ABA services in our community.
Some of Hannah’s favorite things include taking her dog on walks, the beach, yoga, and teaching dance. Her favorite part about being a behavioral therapist is seeing her clients make progress and acquire new skills. She loves working with children at an individual level and being able to tailor therapy sessions to fit each of her client’s needs.

Courtney Domingue, MA, BCBA, LBA, IBA
Courtney is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and has been since 2017 and has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2015. She completed her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology at Texas Lutheran University (TLU) in Seguin, TX, and then her master’s degree in special education with a certificate in ABA from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA).
Her focus as a BCBA is assent-based, person-centered, compassionate care, all done through a play-based approach. She believes that ABA is a tool to help empower and ensure independence, not a fix or way to change someone. She focuses on ensuring that she is working with the client’s values and wishes at the forefront and helping everyone reach their goals.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending her time with her husband and four-legged child, Rosé. She loves anything Grogu (aka Baby Yoda) and loves a good book in her hammock.

Rebecca Geis, MA, LBA, BCBA
Rebecca has been in the field of ABA since 2014. She completed her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology at the University of Central Oklahoma. She completed her ABA coursework through the Florida Institute of Technology. Her focus as a BCBA is early intervention, caregiver/parent training, and play-based teaching. She believes having caregivers and family members involved in services helps set the family up for success and increases the client's ability to thrive. When she isn't working, she loves spending time with her family, going to the beach with her family, taking her kids to the park, and spending time at home baking.
