BCBA - Supervisor
Full-time, In-Person or hybrid
Salary: $85,000 - $90,000
Are you a BCBA tired of the "Churn and Burn"?
If you became a Behavior Analyst to help children but found yourself drowning in administrative bloat, impossible caseloads, and corporate metrics—we are looking for you.
Who We Are: Bloom and Thrive ABA is a clinician-owned, mission-driven provider in the Northern Neck of Virginia. We are located in a "service desert" where families have almost no access to care. Currently, we have 39 children on our waitlist. We don't need "billable machines"; we need compassionate clinical leaders to help us serve this community.
The "Bloom & Thrive" Promise: We refuse to operate like the big private equity firms.
- Caseloads are Capped: strict 25 billable hours/week requirement.
- You are Heard: Direct access to an owner who is also a clinician and understands the job.
- You are Supported: We invest heavily in your CEUs, education, and mental well-being.
The Relocation & Compensation Package: We want to make your move to the "River Life" effortless.
- Base Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 (Highly competitive for our low cost-of-living area).
- Relocation Stipend: $8,000 Total. (Use this for moving trucks, deposits, or furniture—it’s yours to help you settle in).
- Student Loan Repayment: We contribute $5,250 annually (tax-free) directly to your student loans.
- Benefits: Health/Dental/Vision, PTO, FSA, 401k options.
Why Move to the Northern Neck (Tappahannock area)? Trade the traffic and high rent for the River Life.
- Affordability: Your salary goes significantly further here than in Northern Virginia, Florida, or the Northeast.
- Lifestyle: Weekends spent on the Rappahannock River, exploring local wineries, and enjoying a tight-knit community feel.
- Proximity: You are still within easy driving distance of Richmond and Washington D.C. when you want a city fix.
