Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP)

Salary: $82,000 - $90,000

Bloom and Thrive ABA is seeking a Founding Speech Language Pathologist to launch our speech department. We are a clinician-owned, mission-driven clinic in the Northern Neck serving a community with almost no access to care.
The Opportunity: You won't just be "staff"; you will be the Clinical Leader for Speech Pathology. You will work side-by-side with our BCBAs to create true interdisciplinary care plans for children with autism.

- Mission: We have a waitlist of 39 children. You will be serving families who have been waiting months for help.
Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide speech and language therapy to children with autism and developmental delays
Collaborate with ABA therapists, BCBAs, and families to support communication goals
Track progress and adjust interventions as needed. Relay education to parents and caregivers on strategies to enhance communication.
Requirements:
CCC-SLP Required: Must hold a current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA. (As our lead SLP, you must be able to practice independently).
VA License: Eligible for licensure by the Virginia Board of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology.
Experience: Preference for candidates with pediatric ASD experience and AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) knowledge.
